1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and WeekBrief ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the WeekBrief application (the "Application"). By creating an account or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

WeekBrief is an AI-powered tool that helps advertising professionals generate weekly performance reports. Users upload screenshots of advertising dashboards, and the Application uses artificial intelligence to extract data and generate structured reports that can be shared with clients.

3. Account Registration

To use WeekBrief, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

WeekBrief uses artificial intelligence (currently Google Gemini) to analyze uploaded screenshots and generate performance reports. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated reports are provided "as-is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete data. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before sharing it with your clients or using it for decision-making.
• Not professional advice: AI-generated reports do not constitute professional advertising, financial, or business advice. They are tools to assist your workflow.
• AI limitations: The quality of generated reports depends on the quality and clarity of uploaded screenshots. We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by unclear, cropped, or low-quality input images.
• AI provider changes: We may change the underlying AI provider at any time without prior notice, provided the core functionality remains substantially similar.

5. Data Ownership & Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to or create through WeekBrief:

• Your uploads: Screenshots, client information, and any other data you provide remain your property.
• Generated reports: Reports generated by the AI based on your data belong to you. You may use, share, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.
• License to us: By uploading content to WeekBrief, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Application's services (e.g., AI analysis, report generation, storage). We do not use your content for any other purpose, including training AI models.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

WeekBrief offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• Billing: You will be billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Plan changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and your next invoice will include a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Application after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WeekBrief to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Application without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the Application to generate misleading or fraudulent reports.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these terms.

8. Account Termination

• By you: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data (clients, screenshots, reports, workspace data) is permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable.

9. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features. Your right to use the Application is limited to the license granted in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Application.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from inaccuracies in AI-generated reports, service interruptions, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
