5. AI Data Processing

WeekBrief uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze screenshots you upload and generate advertising performance reports. Here is how your data is handled in this process:

  • What is sent: The screenshot images you upload are sent to Google's Gemini API along with a structured prompt for data extraction. No personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) is included in the AI request.
  • Processing: Google Gemini processes the image to extract advertising metrics, performance data, and insights. The extracted data is returned to WeekBrief and used to generate your report.
  • Data retention by Google: We use Google Gemini's API, which is subject to Google's data processing terms. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details on how they handle API data.
  • AI accuracy: AI-generated reports are provided as-is and may contain inaccuracies. You should always review and verify the generated content before sharing it with your clients.
